Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Photoindex ("Photoindex," "we," "us") is a product of David Brabyn Photo. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (photoindex.io), why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and to let you request early access.

Information we collect

  • Email address. If you submit the early-access form, we store the email address you provide so we can notify you when access opens.
  • Anonymous usage analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand aggregate traffic (such as page views and referring sites). Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not collect names, payment details, or any other personal information through this website.

How we use your information

  • To contact you about Photoindex early access and launch.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We will not send you unrelated marketing, and we will never sell or rent your information.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the site:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and storage of early-access sign-ups.
  • Resend — delivery of the notification email triggered when you sign up.
  • Umami — anonymous, cookieless analytics.

These providers process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

Data retention

We keep early-access email addresses until launch is complete or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Photoindex evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
